The college has hostel facilities are available for boys inside the college campus. For outside the campus, a college bus is available. Both non-vegetarian, and vegetarian food is available on the basis of the requirement of the students.

The college library has been built to maintain unique standards. Specialized collections of Books, Journals Non-book materials are available in Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Humanities, and Social Sciences. It has well over 17,715 Volumes of books and subscribes to many important journals, national and international. The library remains open throughout the week. Students can issue books from the library under three different schemes. They are (a) Regular issues, (b) Book Bank issues, and (c) Overnight issue. The library activities and services are fully automated using ERP (Fedena) software. The library is well equipped with modem facilities and resources (print and electronic) in the form of non-book materials around 500 CDs, 31 Video Cassettes, and 105 Audio Cassettes. GIET Subscribes to 165 National and International Journals. The library has access to 500+ e-resources; Apart from the college library, each department is having a separate library with a good collection.

The college Students are encouraged to engage in physical education and for the overall development of personality. They are encouraged to participate in inter-college competitions and also offer themselves for selection to the University team. The Cricket and Football grounds and the indoor sporting faculties are provided.

The college has a computer lab and classrooms to provide assistance to students that will enhance their chances of succeeding in technology-based classroom assignments and provide access to equipment that will support the needs of instruction where we celebrate lifelong learning.

The Institute has an excellent cafeteria with a seating capacity of more than 200 persons. It has a well-planned hygienic kitchen run by a reputed caterer at administered prices. Multi-cuisine lunch and snacks are being served in the cafeteria. They provide veg and non-veg menu simultaneously on all days. A fast-food restaurant-cum-convenience store is also there.

The Institute has a Fully Air-Conditional Auditorium Facility.

The College provides a bus facility for all the students and staff of the college. For the hostility, they have the provisions to go out to the market or other hangouts in the city. This bus operates all seven days of the week as per a schedule notified from time to time. A transportation facility is also available every time for any kind of emergency.

The college Alumni have consistently given back to the institute and this has enabled the institute to undertake projects and initiatives that would otherwise have not been possible.

The College campus is Wi-Fi enabled having 45 Mbps of Vodafone ILL & 2 Mbps of BSNL LLB high-speed internet connection has to allows the students & staff to access the internet facility no matter wherever they are. The coverage of the Wi-Fi 24X7 facility is not only restricted to classrooms but also extends to all the campuses including the library, Auditorium, cafeteria, Sports Complex, and hostel.

The college provides a banking facility for the students and staff, we established an ATM of SBI adjacent to our college campus. To make banking easier for our students, 24 hours ATM facility has been provided. Hostel students enjoy the benefits more. SBI, Khurda Branch provides zero balance students a/c facility along with passbook and ATM for GIET students. Students can avail of this facility by submitting a bona fide form duly signed by the authority.
