Health care facilities for students and staff are felt to be the basic need. The institute has a dispensary on campus to meet the first aid and routine medical requirements of the students free of cost. A separate room is earmarked for the said facility. Specialists visit the campus at least twice a month to ensure the good health of the day scholars, staff, and the inmates of the hostel. The dispensary is the heartbeat of the institute which provides Treatment for different diseases and also provides first aid to the injured. GIFT has a fully-fledged 24 hours medical dispensary with all the necessary arrangements to meet any emergency situation. One full-time Resident Homeopathy Doctor and Pharmacist is appointed by the college. The Medical Officer and dispensary staffs are available round the clock. Free prescriptions and medicine are available in college dispensaries. The timings of the dispensary are notified from time to time. Students are advised to get themselves treated in the college dispensary. Serious cases are referred to Government Authorized Hospitals.

The library is the cornerstone of GIFT's education system; it has more than 33000 books and is subscribed to National & International Journals along with several online journals. The library functions as an excellent resource center, for students to pursue their academic, research, and training interests. The latest Books and materials in the fields of Management, Engineering, Computer, and allied disciplines are subscribed to the library on a regular basis. The Highlight of the library is the Scholar Cell which is designed to broaden the knowledge of enthusiastic students through advanced learning. The library also has a spacious and environment-friendly reading room that can accommodate more than 200 students at a time.

Sports play a very important role in a student’s life, it's vital in the shaping of an individual’s personality and health and fitness. At GIFT we lay considerable emphasis on students’ participation in various games, sports ,and track, and field activities. To ensure 100% results Intensive training is imparted under expert guidance. They also have In-Campus Sports Ground and a dedicated room for Indoor Sports Games. Each year, students of Gandhi Institute For Technology achieve notable distinctions at both College Level and State levels.

Keeping in view the importance of a healthy diet, the canteen menu is designed in such a way as to offer nutritious and wholesome food. The Hosteler, Day Boarders, and Staff are provided meals of assured food safety and quality. The canteen is equipped with electrical automatic cooking and storing and refrigeration facilities, which ensures hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner both to the students and staff at reasonable rates. The best part about the Canteen is waste utilization. The waste utilization of the canteen is done through a waste recycling plant installed inside the campus. The waste recycling plant or bio plant converts the waste into manure which in return produces gas that is used for cooking.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

Transport for daily commuting is generally worries of parents. To enable students to free themselves from the worries of transportation, a full-fledged Transport department functions at GIFT with its own fleet of buses that operates for the convenience of students and staff coming from in and around Twin City. This transport facility is also used for various educational purposes like field trips, industrial visits, and recruitment. The College runs a sufficient Number of buses for providing transport facilities to students from various places in the city. The buses are comfortable, and safe and charges are subsidized by the College.
