Great Eastern Management School, also known as GEMS B-School, was founded in Bengaluru in 2006. In February 2019, it was named the Most Preferred B School for Placements by ASSOCHAM. GEMS Business School is associated with Bharathiar University in Coimbatore. The School offers 14 undergraduate and graduate programs in fields such as management, hospitality, aviation, and mass communication. The School provides scholarships to candidates who come from underserved or economically disadvantaged backgrounds.

the total fees for MBA will be around 5 lakhs Indian rupees. placements is around 93% with an average salary of 6.5 lakh Indian rupee. maximum salary is 12.5 lakh Indian rupees and minimum salary is around 4 lakh Indian rupee.

coming to reviews, it is said that it is a good college. but before joining check every thing twice and choose wisely. normal information is provided here and deciding weather to join is up to you.

GEMS B School, Banglore provides all the required facilities to students such as digital classrooms, auditorium, library, cafeteria, sports and internet facilities, etc. Faculty members are also highly skilled and supportive. Coming to the placements for event management , pandemic posed a real big challenge for all students and the placement team (as per the reviews). But still, they are trying hard to invite companies for recruitment, some of the names are Accenture, L&T, UST Global , cloudnine, Allegis etc. with average salary package of 4-5 LPA.

The British MBA program of the GEMS B School, as mentioned on their website, is a Dual Country Program. A part of the program is completed in UK and the International MBA degree is awarded by the University of Sunderland, London.

The employers of Gems B School graduates are companies from all over the world as mentioned on their website.

There are mixed review on the Business school. I suggest doing a good research before you join any program anywhere.

The GEMS B School Bangalore campus has goof hostel facilities and the hostel buildings were constructed at the campus and there are separate hostel facility for both boys and girls and both AC and non AC featured rooms are available for students and there are many other facilities like RO, sports, medical, Mess and internet access is available at the hotel and most importantly the hostels are secure as they are equipped with Updated Security software.

Integral Institute of Advanced Management - Vizag Business School (IIAM VIZAG), Visakhapatnam

Placements : the  college is good in providing the placement to the students. Almost, 95 percent of students in previous year got placed in good companies. More than 30 companies are visiting the college for the placements every year. This year, it may increase to 50 companies or above.

Infrastructure :  good infrastructure of the well-conditioned fans, A/C, hi-speed Wi-Fi facility, projector, gym, billiards room, and even the table tennis court on the campus and  classrooms are fully furnished, and even it is well-ventilated.

Faculty : The faculty members are highly qualified, and even they have work experience.

Gems B-school

Placements : There are regular interviews and more opportunities to join a reputed company such as Accenture, Wipro and other companies.The management had placed nearly 85% of students from batch. 2016. The highest package offered was 3.5LPA, the average was 2.4 to 3.2 LPA, and the lowest was 1.8 to 2.4 LPA. 

Infrastructure : The college does not have modern infrastructure. But, the classrooms are all good. The hostels are not worthy of the money. You will get the package which covers your fees such as laptop bags, laptop, etc.

Faculty : All the faculty are very good and very concerned about students future. They are very helpful for the students regarding any problems they are facing.

Babli, Gems B School offers various courses like BBA, MBA, BHM and dual degree in BBA and MBA along with specialisations in each course. The admission is done through its own entrance exam called GAT or Gems Admission Test.

The exam consists of 230 multiple choice questions out of which you are expected to answer 200 questions. There is no negative marking and the exam duration is for 1 hour 20 minutes. You will be judged on subjects like Basic Maths, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, English Grammar and Logical Reasoning.
