Placements

Placements are very less and placement cell is not very good. The highest package offered is 5lpa. Lowest offered is 3lpa. Average salary is 3.5 lpa. Almost all the companies that visited were IT companies. The college offered placement training to us months before the starting of placements. That was pretty good and helpful. Among the 400 students in one batch nearly 150 were placed in the year 2018 and placement statistics went lower after that

College of Engineering is the first engineering college in Kerala it is rated with AAAA(very Good)
Government Engineering college,Baraton Hill is rated as AAA+(Good)

Since you cant avail reservation you are at disadvantage. The previous cutoffs for all major branches range between 2000 and 7000 for the general category.
