GEC JDP has excellent residential facilities to cater to the need of more than FIVE HUNDRED students. Boys Hostels. Each hostel is having T.V., Sports Items, water coolers, and well-equipped mess facilities. It is mandatory for hostel inmates to join the mess in his / her hostel, managed by a committee of student representatives. All hostels are having an independent mess where vegetarian meals are available. All residents have to bear the wages of the mess cooks, servants, helpers, and cleaners. Another staff is provided by the Institute.

The college has a medical facility for students. As the students stay away from their parents, health is a major issue for them, as they cannot afford to fall sick without any proper care. To overcome this problem, the college provides medical facilities to students. The college has a dispensary with a qualified doctor who provides medical aid to the students.

The college has a gymnasium is equipped with all the standard machines which help to enhance both body and soul in the students. As it’s said “no pain no gain”, we here properly guide the student to develop their physical strength and also encourage pushing their limits so that they can become enough strong to withstand any tough situation in life.

The college library houses around 50,000 books. Books have been purchased according to various courses offered. Magazines and newspapers are subscribed to in the library. The library also provides a calm environment that effectively supports learning. According to the requirements in each semester, the college book bank facility provides the requisites to all the students.

The college has Sports are a very important activity in the student’s life in college to enhance not only his mental ability but also identify his/her personnel physical capabilities which make them confident to work and adopt any situation in personal and professional life. For that our college is equipped with both indoor and outdoor sports facilities.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. All computers have net access. In addition, each student is provided with internet facilities on the laptop so that they can take advantage of available study materials.

The College Campus has a workshop where along with the Mechanical department, Physics and Chemistry departments are being run.
