GUJCET 2023 registration begins; How to apply
Government Engineering College, Patan offers undergraduate programmes. GEC Patan courses are offered in engineering, computer application and IT streams. The college offers full-time programmes. GEC Patan courses at the UG level include B.E in Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering specialisations. The course duration of B.E is 4 years. The minimum eligibility criteria for B.E admission is that the candidates should have passed 10+2 with an aggregate of 45% marks from a recognised board. Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies.
Candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
