You have basically dropped out from the college you had taken admission in the year 2013. Since the gap year is vast, you cannot possibly continue from the point where you had left. There is no such provision that you can continue your degree from the same point you left after so many gap years. However if the eligibility criteria permits you can enroll in the course again.
