The college provides hostel accommodation for girls. Girls' hostels hired by the Engineering College Ajmer Society ensure privacy and a homely atmosphere. The rooms are neat and clean, spacious, airy, and well ventilated with a sufficient number of toilets and bathrooms. The well-balanced nutritious vegetarian food prepared in the kitchen is served in hygienic conditions. The hostels ensure a congenial atmosphere for the academic development of the students.

The college has Digital Library: 20 Computers available for the user to access e-journals and study material in the library and 07 for office use. Library Software: e-Granthalaya 3.0 library management software with OPAC facility.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has the needs from administrative activities are well satisfied by a large number of Personal Computers ), most of them with high-end processors (like Intel Core i7,i5,i3) and sourced from reputed manufacturers like Dell, Wipro. 60 MBPS of internet bandwidth available to the campus is ensured through three connections. The campus network is connected to these lines through our Cisco series Router and Extreme core switch located in our server room. This switch is configured with our own Checkpoint Firewall with different access control policies for different groups of users.

The College has a spacious canteen facility on the college premises and is run by the college management. A variety of south Indian food and other items are provided to the students and staff of the college at highly subsidized rates with the highest quality.

The College has a fully functional, Centrally Air Conditioned auditorium with a seating capacity of 600 persons. The auditorium has a state-of-the-art audio-visual system and a multi-functional lighting arrangement. Various cultural programs, lectures, and college annual functions are organized in this auditorium. The College has a seminar hall. It is an aesthetically designed Seminar Hall where all the important workshops and seminars are held. The seminar hall is facilitated with the latest technology and is well equipped with multimedia projectors. It can accommodate up to 100 students and interactive sessions are taken up by the management, faculty, staff & students.

The Alumni Association GWECA has organized its first Alumni meet on August 14, 2016, successfully. The work of the alumni association is to create a network between the alumni and to keep in touch with each other.
