GNDEC placement cell has a well put together plan and they work very well in advance how to go about the student’s placements. Aspiring students can enrol themselves in the placement drives in order to be notified about all the related companies coming to the college for placements.
GNDEC’s placement cell sends out emails or gets in touch with a prospective company in order to conduct placement drives every year.
STAGE 1
In the first step the placement cell contacts various recruiters through email and sends them all the required documents such as placement brochure along with the invitation letter.
STAGE 2
Recruiters who are interested in conducting the GNDEC placement drive accept the invitation and confirm their presence on the decided date of the drive.
STAGE 3
The students who wish to participate in the GNDEC placement drive have to register for the recruitment drive and submit the required documents that will be used during the recruitment process.
STAGE 4
Companies and recruiters visit the college on the dates as decided in advance by the recruiters and the placement cell and deliver a pre-placement talk in order to make them aware of the basic policies followed by the company and all the doubts of the students are addressed after the formal session.
STAGE 5
Candidates are required to qualify the various selection tests, group discussion, technical interview and HR interview conducted by the recruiters in order to be eligible for the final selection. Different recruiters have different processes of selection.
STAGE 6
The students who are able to get through all the GDs, PI and tests are offered jobs.
