    GNDEC Selection Process for UG and PG Courses

    Admission to B.Tech

    In order to be a part of GNDEC admission process one needs to follow the following steps:

    • Students have to appear in the JEE Mains examination.

    • According to the marks scored by the students a merit list is prepared by GNDEC.

    • If the student’s rank is within the opening and closing rank of the cut off list he or she can take admission in the desired course.

    • The final admission in the desired course will be based on the JEE Mains rank, document verification as well as the fee payment.

    Admission to M.Tech

    In order to be a part of Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College admission process one needs to follow the following steps:

    • Students must score a minimum 50 per cent marks in their graduation degree.

    • Students have to appear in the GATE examination.

    • Students should be within the opening and closing rank of the cut off list which is based on GATE scores.

    • If the student is eligible for the seat he or she can take admission after document verification and payment of fees.

    Admission to MCA

    In order to be a part of GNDEC admission process one needs to follow the following steps:

    • Students must score a minimum 50 per cent marks in their graduation degree.

    • A cut off list is released by the college based on the students’ marks obtained in graduation.

    GNDEC Scholarship

    GNDEC offers scholarships to students pursuing B.Tech. Scholarships are provided for students who have either been part of NCC (National Cadet Corps) in 10th or 12th standard or to the ones who lie below the poverty line.

    • BPL Scholarship

    Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College assists students who are financially weak. The individuals who lie below the poverty line are offered a scholarship of 50 per cent on the tuition fee.

    • NCC Scholarship 

    The students who have been a part of the National Cadet Corps in their school times are awarded 10 per cent scholarship on the tuition fees. To be eligible for this scholarship students must have a certificate or proof of being a part of NCC.

    Yes our college have good infrastructure and all types of equipments related to our study.Our classrooms and labs are clean every day and there is healthy environment. College bathrooms are also very good and clean every day. College also provide canteen in which very hygienic food was there. There is als time to time checking of all infrastructure like wall colors, benches,fans etc. and time to time repairment if require.

    The college has a very good Infrastructure. We have well equipped labs, Chem labs, physics labs and Computer labs with modern machines. All the class rooms has their own projectors.along with this we have a central library and we have cricket grounds , football grounds ,tennis ground, basketball ground. Our whole campus is equipped with Wifi technology with a very good speed.

    Blessed to be a part of such an old and reputed college.

    Although it's a very old college, still it provides all the facilities to its students. Buildings are quiet old but still it is the best college in the city as well as in the region. Everything is fully hygienic.
