Guru Nanak Khalsa College has a Placement Cell that aids in the smooth conduction of the placement drive conducted by companies visiting the university. Khalsa College Placement Cell guides the students in all career-related matters and helps them in taking the best possible decision related to their career. Khalsa College Placement Cell helps in the overall personality development of the students through its skill enhancement programme. The Cell contacts the past and potential recruiters from different sectors and they are invited by the cell to conduct campus placements. Proper training sessions are organised by the Placement Cell for the students of Khals College Mumbai to develop job-specific skills, interpersonal skills, technical skills, soft skills, etc which is highly demanded in every potential employee by the recruiters and thus these skills help in meeting the corporate standard. The cell also organises various training programmes for the students of Kuvempu University such as mock interviews and tests to help them prepare for the aptitude, reasoning tests, group discussion and interviews and also train the students to improve their communication skills as students with good communication skills have an edge over the others. There are various stages of Guru Nanak Khalsa College placement process. Companies are invited by the institute via mail. Then, the companies visit the campus and deliver a pre-placement talk to the students to make them aware of the companies policies.
