GGITS Jabalpur Placement Procedure

• Registration of candidates: For participation in the placement drive, interested candidates must register with the GGITS Jabalpur placement cell.

• Pre-Placement Talk: Companies interested in recruiting students from GGITS Jabalpur visit the campus and speak with interested students about the company's work culture, job roles offered, and available positions.

• Shortlisting of Candidates: Candidates who are interested in the job role must share their CV with the company and apply for the position. Further rounds are held with the chosen candidates, who have been shortlisted based on their CV.

• Application Test: Shortlisted candidates are required to take a test administered by the company, which evaluates them on a variety of parameters.

• Group Discussions: Shortlisted candidates must attend group discussions in which they need to argue for or against a given topic.

• Personal Interview: Candidates are interviewed by the company's recruiting team, and they must pitch themselves for the job.

• Job Offer letter: Candidates who have passed all of the above-mentioned rounds are given a letter of acceptance from the company. Candidates must begin working for the company on the date specified in the offer letter.
