Indian Institute of Carpet Technology, Bhadohi is a centrally funded technical institute under the Ministry of Textiles under the Government of India and was established in 2001. The college is affiliated with Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. IICT Bhadohi courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Indian Institute of Carpet Technology courses include a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Carpet and Textile Technology which is a four-year full-time undergraduate programme. IICT Bhadohi admissions to B.Tech programmes are done based on scores obtained by the candidate in JEE Main or UPCET. For the All India Quota, candidates must qualify for the JEE Main examination and attend the JoSAA and CSAB counselling process. For UP State Quota, candidates must qualify for UPCET and attend the AKTU Lucknow counselling process. The final step of the Indian Institute of Carpet Technology admission process is document verification and fee payment. As per the NIRF 2023 report, out of 35 students, 26 students were placed with IICT Bhadohi median salary package of Rs 3,00,000. IICT Bhadohi Scholarship

There has since time immemorial been a gap in the quality of education between people who have means and others who don't. And over the years, the concept of scholarships has helped millions of deserving children who don't have the means to avail quality education and develop themselves. Scholarships play an important role in providing financial and otherwise aid to the candidate. Similarly, to help students who are exceptional in academics and sports, the Indian Institute of Carpet Technology offers many state and national schemes.

The students who belong to the SC (Scheduled Castes), ST (Scheduled Tribes), OBC (Other Backward Classes), PwD (Person with Disability) and EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category of the society are granted scholarships from the state government.

The meritorious students of Indian Institute of Carpet Technology also are conferred upon various scholarships but to keep availing these schemes, the candidate should obtain a certain CGPA. College Infrastructure

Indian Institute of Carpet Technology Bhadohi is the only college in Asia that has a carpet and textile branch. The faculty of the college is very knowledgeable and friendly. And the size of the classroom is medium.The college has many facilities like library, sports center, saprate hostels for boys and girls,WiFi and LAN, Open air theatre, conference hall etc.

How much marks needed in GUJCET if I want to get admission in DA IICT ?

Hi student,

As per the previous year cutoff data, he minimum marks required in GUCET to take admission in Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Gandhinagar are 120 marks. Please note that admission is based on both board and GUJCET marks, where 60% weightage is given to board exam marks. So, you are also required to have a very good score in board exams also to get admission in DAIICT.
