There are 120 seats at Marine Engineering and Research Institute, Mumbai for the PGDME entry candidates. In order to take admission for the 1 year post graduation course at MERI, Mumbai candidates need to appear and qualify the All India Based Entrance Exam conducted by reputed international and national shipping organisations on behalf of MERI, Mumbai. All degrees at MERI, Mumbai are granted by Indian Maritime University.
