The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) [ 2nd Shift ] is a 2 years full-time course approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD and Government of India. The course comprises of 4 semesters of 6 months duration each. The first year of the course is common to all students and covers fundamentals of Management. In the second year the specialization subjects viz. Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, and Financial Management are covered. All students are required to undergo a Winter Internship of 3 weeks duration at the end of their first semester with an NGO and a Summer Internship of 8 weeks duration at the end of their second semester with Indian / Multi-National companies. The PGDM course is intended to be stimulating, challenging and comprehensive but with the due flexibility to accommodate Field Studies, Market Surveys, Live Projects, Seminars and Workshops, Internships, PEP Activities, Inter & Intra College Competitions and Outdoor Activities.
Candidates are required to have appeared in any of the following competitive exams, namely CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT / ATMA / GMAT or any competitive exam/test that shall be acceptable as per AICTE guidelines.
