Each institution has its own set of rules and guidelines.It is unlikely to get a refund from college if you are leaving in the middle college after taking admission.You need to submit your certificates at the time of admission in college.You need to get them back as you need them if you want to get admission in a medical through NEET.Please contact the college administration in this regard and get to know about its rules.
