IMS DAVV Indore Admission Details: Eligibility, Dates, Application, Fees

Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore offers 12 courses for admissions at three levels: Executive M.B.A, M.B.A., M.B.A. Financial Administration, M.B.A. Marketing Management, M.B.A. Disaster Management, etc. IMS DAVV admission to Executive M.B.A is given as per eligibility and first come, first serve basis, but if a candidate applies after all the seats are filled then the university shall conduct an admission test and IMS DAVV admissions will be offered on the basis of merit of the admission test. IMS DAVV M.B.A. admissions are offered based on CMAT scores, for this, it gets mandatory for M.B.A. aspirants to sit for Common Management Admission Test (CMAT). 

For M.B.A. Financial Administration, M.B.A. Disaster Management, M.B.A. Human Resource Management, M.B.A. Hospital Administration, M.B.A. E-Commerce, the university conducts an entrance test and admissions are offered based on the students’ performance in the entrance test. The institute also offers M.B.A. 5 years integrated programmes such as M.B.A. E-Commerce Integrated and admissions to such courses are offered based on the performance of students in the entrance test conducted by the university (DAVV). Students desirous of taking admission in Ph.D. (Management) will have to appear for Doctoral Entrance Test (DET) conducted by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyala Indore.

• Candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the institute. 

• After meeting the eligibility criteria, eligible candidates must apply for admissions by filling IMS DAVV application form.

• Admission to Executive M.B.A is offered to students who will meet the eligibility criteria as laid down by the institute on a first-come and first-serve basis. 

• For students who are applying for admission after seats are filled on a merit basis, the institute shall conduct an admission test for Executive M.B.A admissions at IMS DAVV.

• M.B.A. aspirants applying for admissions at IMS DAVV must meet the eligibility criteria.

• Candidates have to apply appear and obtain valid scores in CMAT.

• Candidates must register for counselling conducted by DTE Bhopal on the official website.

• Further, candidates must participate in counselling and seats shall be allotted on the basis of CMAT scores and choices filled by candidates.

• After seats have been allotted, candidates must verify their documents and pay the requisite fee.

• The first step in the IMS DAVV admission process is that students who are willing to take admission in M.B.A. Integrated programmes, M.B.A. Financial Administration, M.B.A. Human Resource Management, M.B.A. Marketing Management, M.B.A. Hospital Administration and M.B.A. E-Commerce must fulfil the eligibility criteria.

• Eligible students must visit the official website of IMS DAVV and fill the application form.

• Students have to appear for an entrance examination conducted by DAVV for admissions.

• IMS DAVV admissions are offered based on the performance of candidates in the entrance test.

• Students selected for admission must verify their documents and pay the course fee for the final selection.

• As per the eligibility, aspirants must have completed a master’s degree and obtained a minimum of 55% marks to be eligible for IMS DAVV Ph.D.admissions.

• students who have valid JRF awarded through UGC-NET or UGC-CSIR-NET ; teacher fellowship for research awarded by UGC/AICTE; any other government / foreign research fellowship; M.Phil. degree with course work need not appear for the entrance exam- DET. Such students need to appear for the interview.

• Students must apply online for IMS DAVV Ph.D. admissions.

• students who have qualified UGC/CSIR-NET without JRF or SLET or SET have to appear for Doctoral Entrance Test (DET).

• Shortlisted students will be notified to attend the interview. The interview is taken by the Research Advisory Committee of the concerned subject.

• The final selection is based on the performance of students in the interview.
