Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management (PGDM Retail Management) programmes are available at IIMS Pune. The duration of the courses is two years. According to the AICTE guidelines, MAH MBA CET, CAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT, ATMA, and MAT scores are accepted for admission to IIMS Pune P.G.D.M programmes. Admission to IIMS Pune requires a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and a minimum of 60% in 10th and 12th grades.
International Business is a super specialisation offered trough the PGDM programme. . At IIMS, the P.G.D.M programme includes a 45-day winter internship and a 90-day summer internship. P.G.D.M programme is offered in various specialisation including marketing, finance, human resource, supply chain management, business analytics.

Placements are best. The complete placement process is campus driven. So there is no guarantee in full placement. Though near to 100 % placement is achieved almost every year, external factors can affect this.
Faculties are indifferent towards placements. The average package is around 6 lpa .Overall it is a good college to take admission.
