The campus of IMI Kolkata fullfills all the needs of the students.The campus is clean,hygenic and has an eco friendly environment.There is a 24hour Wi-Fi facility.Classrooms and hostel rooms are centrally air conditioned and the mess food is also delicious.Computer labs are well equipped and up to date.Apart from classroom IMIK has an incredible livrary assembled of books related to academics,newspaper,articles etc. Various sports like volley ball,gym,table tennis are also available.

Faculties gives us projects,case studies which are mainly from Harvard and Ively Group.The subjects that are taught are very much industry oriented and revised regulary to meet the industries needs.Tutorials are also arranged to get extra attention.Faculties are highly qualified ans skilled in their respective field.They are always available to clear any doubts beyond classrooms.

100% of the PGDM batch 2020-22 got placed.The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA. The average package was 9.12LPA. The top 50% of the students's salary offered was 10LPA.The median salary was 8.71LPA.Students are provided job offers from all the fields like marketing,hr,analytucs,finance and operations Top recruiters were ICICI Bank,PWC,HDFC etc.

The fees of IMIK is 13lakh. IMIK also provides various scholarship programme based on the performance. It will be money worth as they have a highly qualified faculty,great infrastructure,high quality of teaching.

I am fully satisfied with the college's infrastructure,faculties and course outline.Faculties are very helpful and classes are very interactive.We have smart classrooms where faculties teaches us with the help of ppts,case studies.

The IMI-K campus has the greatest infrastructure, for students. Within the campus, the college offers a hostel service. In both the college and hostel buildings, cleanliness and hygiene are given the topmost priority, especially during these challenging times. Both buildings are centrally air-conditioned and provided with the most up-to-date facilities. Apart from the classrooms, it has a well-equipped library, meeting rooms and an auditorium.

The college's faculties are highly trained and seasoned professionals, with a great amount of academic and industrial experience. They always encourage an interactive session, rather than a one-way teaching method. The faculties are very helpful, both inside and outside the classroom. The course content and the plan are updated regularly to keep the students updated with the current industry requirements

When we compare IMI-K with other colleges of the same rank, it has a much better placement report. The placement candidates of 2021 were offered the highest package of CTC 20.7 LPA and an average package of CTC 8.55 LPA. The majority of the proposals were made from consulting and financial service sectors. Recruiters from companies like JSW steel, Amazon, HDFC Bank, Genpact, Delloite visited the campus for placements.

Apart from the classroom studies, there are many student-driven clubs and committees in the college, where the students can actively take part. This helps us to achieve holistic growth outside the classrooms. These clubs arrange many educational and non-educational events throughout the year, where all the students can take part actively.

The infrastructure at IMI Kolkata is one of its best features. It has a rainbow colored building which gives a vibrant feeling as soon as one enters the college. It has all the necessary facilities and equipment needed for PGDM. It has a smart board, Wi-Fi all over the campus, Bloomberg Lab, library with all the resources one requires, sports equipment and a court to play. All is well maintained with clean spaces to live and hygienic food.

I am pursuing PGDM in Human Resources and Marketing. The professors are extremely knowledgeable and kind. My curriculum is updated with latest case studies and news discussions to make it more practical based. The curriculum overall makes me job ready as it makes me understand the concepts and how to deal with real-corporate problems.

The quality of placements at my college is fairly rising with big brands visiting the campus. 100% students are placed at IMI Kolkata. The highest package offered was around 20 Lakhs and it went to the PGDM Course in Marketing. The average salary offered was around 8 lakhs. The process was easy and pleasant for me with the placement cell making it hassle-free and approachable.

The course costed me around 6.5 Lakhs per year. I am getting my money's worth as the placements are good and the networking opportunities and the guest lectures which are arranged introduced me to lifelong professional connections.

Some best features of my campus is the infrastructure. Students have many clubs and committees to be a part of and explore their talents. Business events along with cultural events keep happening all round the year. The students, teachers and support staff are all friendly and help each other out. We are like a small family. IMI Kolkata is located in Alipore and has all the amenities for students to avail.

My college has a very beautiful infrastructure. My college has smart classrooms wit A.C, huge library, auditorium, projectors room, boy's common room, girls common room, I.T lab... etc. We have a small garden near the fountain area for hangout. The academic part of my college is also good. All the students have 75% of attendees to sit in the examination. All the faculties are highly knowledgable and mostly came from IITs and IIMs. Our curriculum is research-based and job oriented. I am currently pursuing PGDM in Operation from this college. All the guest lectures are compulsory to attend.

The quality of placement is average because of the large batch size. There are a total of 190 students in our current batch. Placements of marketing departments are very good as compared to other departments. The highest salary package was around 20 lakh per annum which was offered by JSW. Some companies came for offering core finance and hr jobs. Very few companies came for the operation profile jobs. Our placement committee is very active for final placements and summer internships.

The total fees are around 15 to 16 lakh for PGDM. I feel that I am getting the worth of the money that I pay. My college also provided scholarships to students who performed exceptionally well during their 1st year.

My college is very well known for its campus life. We celebrated many events and festivals at our campus. The campus is very much safe and can handle all sorts of emergencies with the availability of hospitals in the 10 km range.

The night canteen is available only for the exam period. All the living spaces are clean and the food is good at our canteen.

I am currently pursuing PGDM at this college. My specialization is in marketing. The quality of teaching is good. Our curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the fields. 75% attendance is compulsory in every trimester. We also have a compulsory quiz on every subject. Sometimes we have case study based learning. All the faculties are very knowledgable and always share their experience during classes.

In the past 2 years, The quality of placements is average at my college due to large batch size. We have a total of 190 students in our batch. The highest salary package was around 18 lakh per annum which was offered by JSW. JSW also offered a summer internship with a stipend of 1 lakh rs. Around 90% of companies offered sales and marketing roles during campus recruitment. The average salary package was around 6.6 lakh per annum at my college.

The fees of PGDM is around 16 lakh. My college also provided scholarships to students who are not able to pay their fees. My college also tied up with SBI Alipore for educational loans.

I currently pursuing PGDM in Finance at this college. my college is in the tier 3 category. The quality of teaching is very good at my college. All the faculties specially in the finance department are very knowledgable. We have case study based learning in every subject. We have compulsory guest lectures in every trimester. The average salary package was around 6 lakh per annum. The placement committee is supportive to us. The placement process is easy and pleasant for us.

We have a very beautiful fountain and a small garden on our campus. We have a smart classroom and free wifi service at our campus. We have a total 2-floor library contains Bloomberg terminal for finance students. Our PGDM program is fully residential. All the living spaces are clean and the food is good ai our canteen.

We have a trimester system for our PGDM. I am currently pursuing PGDM in marketing from this college. The quality of teaching is very good. Our curriculum is updated every year as per changes in the industry. Recently our college started to offer PGDM in Business Analytics. All the faculties are good and knowledgable. We have a compulsory industrial visit in 1st year. My college also offered a foreign exchange program during the summer.

The quality of placement and summer internship is average at our college. Most of the companies offered Sales and Marketing roles. Around 80 to 90 % of the companies offered a sales role. JSW, ICICI Bank, RBI, TATA Steel, Pladis Global.. etc are the prominent recruiters at our campus. The highest salary package was around 20 lakh per annum which was offered by JSW lat year. The average salary package was around 6 lakh per annum.

The fees are very high as compared to other MBA colleges in Kolkata. My total fees are around 16 lakh per annum.

Good college for PGDM in Kolkata

College is equipped with all facilities like library, labs, sport facilities, well maintained and clean hostel and lounges at every floor. There are even executive hostel rooms for girls which has attached washroom.

In international management institute, Kolkata the Quality of teaching is good, professors use different type pedagogy to make lectures interesting and interactive. Regular quizzes are held to keep students updated.
