• The International School of Business and Media, Pune placement cell invites companies to visit the campus for placements.

• Companies confirm the date and time of their visit to the campus.

• The students of  ISB&M Pune are informed of the placement date and the names of the companies.

• On the specified date, the companies conduct the placement drive.

• The students are given a brief explanation (pre-placement talk) about the working culture of the company and the job roles offered to the students.

• Interested candidates must submit their CVs to the company while applying for jobs at that company.

• Candidates who have been shortlisted are invited to participate in group discussions and campus interviews.

• Candidates who are hired by companies are granted job offers.
