The Bachelor of Commerce programme is specifically designed to prepare students for the demands of a dynamic economy. It is one of the college's most popular courses. Financial accounting, corporation tax, economics, company law, auditing, business management, and other disciplines are covered in the B. com programme. For this reason, the college offers a variety of training programmes and opportunities to all students. All candidates are also given the opportunity to visit several large business firms in order to gain a better understanding of the working environment. Following completion of the degree, the college offers job placement in a variety of finance and banking firms.

Pre-university/higher secondary/10+2 examinations or equivalent from any recognised Board or Council in any discipline are required to get admission for B. Com + ACCA.

ISBR is running a placement drive for batch 2022, with a placement rate of 96 per cent and 91 firms participating. The highest CTC was INR 11 LPA, while the average package was INR 7.5 LPA. The institute's summer internship placements for the class of 2021 were held, with a total of 100 firms participating and providing 170 internship offers to the students, with the highest stipend being INR 25,000.

HSBC, EY, JP Morgan, Adobe, Infosys, Accenture, Epsilon, Bosch, Wipro KPMG, and a number of other major recruiters are engaged in the ISBR 2021 placement drive.

Placements in the college are going on in full swing. The college provides good training for students to face the challenging questions posed by the interviewers. There are many workshops conducted to improve the managerial skills of students which mean a lot in the career ahead. Also, live-internships are offered to students wherein students take up live projects and contribute their analysis
