Early Bird Entry Level, Merit Based Scholarships  

25% of full course fees for the first year.

The students must be in the First year of MBA/ BBA/ BBA Hons/ B.Com or B.Com Hons. 

Entry level scholarship is based on percentage of marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying examination or based on their performance in ITMU-NEST or any other criteria, set by the University from time to time. 

20% of full course fees for the first year.

15% of full course fees for the first year.

10% of full course fees for the first year.

5% of full course fees for the first year.

Special Scholarship for Covid- 2019

15% of First year course fees. 

Affected families from Covid- 19, Medical Staff/ Health Workers/ Police Personnel of all the States, Employees of Municipal Corporations/ Councils/ Nagar Panchayats or any other Municipal Body or equivalent/ Sanitation Worker.  

The scholarship is applicable for the students who are pursuing BBA/ BBA Hons/ B.Com or B.Com Hons.

Sibling Scholarship Policy

Rs. 5,000 relaxation in the course fees of one sibling per year till both siblings under consideration are studying in the ITM University, Gwalior. 

The scholarship is for immediate family (siblings of same parents) as well as siblings of extended family (siblings of the family with same grand parents).

ITM University Scholarships

The scholarships are provided on the basis of merit, economic status and performance in entrance examinations. 

Chancellor Scholarships

Awarded to both UG and PG students based on their performance in the end term examinations. 

Government Scholarships

Students who belong to SC/ ST and OBC categories. 

Defence Servicemen

Students whose parents are serving in the defence services of the Country are also get special consideration in fees reduction.
