The Library facilities: J. K. College possesses an enriched library in the district. Perhaps it is the biggest and richest college library in the University also. The Central Library, with 400 sr. meter area and Reading Room having 75 seating capacity, house up-to-date books, and periodicals on various subjects. The scientific method of classification, searching system, and computerized cataloging are the most important features of our library. The library has to its credit nearly 55000 books, and it remains open from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM on all the working days. Searching of Reference books, INFLIBNET, assistances in searching databases and immediate reprographic reproduction are the most important specialized services provided by the library.

The institution offers different sports like football, cricket, volleyball, Kho-Kho, kabaddi etc. and athletic items like shot put, javelin, high jump, long jump, discus, handball (outdoor) and badminton, table tennis, basketball etc. (indoor). At present, the college has its own big indoor hall of the size of 946.63 sq.mt. and a huge playground( 17360 sq. mt. ) which offers 9 lanes 400-metre track and field, and football ground inside the track. This ground is regularly used for games and sports as well as football, cricket and other sports.

Adequate desktop computers with the latest configuration running with Licensed WINDOWS 7 and MS Office software are connected with LAN facilities and Central Server System is one of the unique features amongst the educational institutions of the district. All the terminals are enriched with an internet facility. Moreover, network and internet facilities are available through the Wi-Fi facility. Students and teachers of all departments can make the best use of the IT-facilities within the campus. We pledge to tune ourselves up with all modifications and advancements in the field.
