JAGSOM Admission Process
JAGSoM offers admission to Postgraduate Diploma in Management courses. Jagdish Sheth School of Management looks at innovation potential, solution orientation and value fit of the candidates, besides their consistent academic performance and work experience for admission into its PGDM/MBA programme. All short-listed candidates for the two-year full-time PGDM/MBA programme at JAGSoM are required to appear for the selection process.
JAGSoM PGDM Selection Process: Components
- JAGSoM Management Aptitude Test (JAGMAT): It comprises of 3 sections, which are English Language Proficiency (ELP), Quantitative Aptitude (QA) and Logical Reasoning (LR). Each section is of 25 marks. There is no negative marking. Duration of the test is 90 minutes.
- Group Exercise (GE): A 30-minute group exercise in groups of six to eight candidates each for assessing the solution orientation of the candidates.
- Personal Interview (PI-1): A personal interview for assessing the value fit of the candidate with the institute. It will be an interview with the shoulder batch mates.
- Personal Interview (PI-2): A personal interview for assessing the value fit of the candidate with the institute. The interview panel will have 3 panelists (1 Faculty Member, 1 Industry Expert, 1 Alumni)

Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria
For admission to PGDM courses the eligible candidates need to appear for any one of the following entrance exams - CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT and JAGMAT
Next, they need to visit the college official website and apply for JAGSoM admissions.
Based on score in the entrance exam candidates are shortlisted and informed via mail.
The shortlisted candidates need to next appear for JAGMAT (JAGSoM Management Aptitude Test), group exercises and two rounds of personal interview.

Jagdish Sheth School of Management(JAGSOM), formerly known as IFIM Business School has invited candidates to apply for PGDM admissions for the academic year 2021-23.
