Dr. Sunilkumar, MD Pathology, and Dr. Jagadeesh, DCP, look after the day to day functioning of the laboratory. Using the state of the art automated and semi-automated instruments and manned by more than 20 support staff, it serves the needs of around 800 to 1000 patients each day.

JJM Medical College was established in 1965 and is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University Of Health Sciences. JJM Medical College offers various Undergraduate and Postgraduate Medical courses like MBBS, MD, MS, Diploma and PG Diploma. The eligibility for MBBS, Diploma, and PG Diploma is 10 + 2 passed with PCMB as their main subjects. Admission to MBBS is done on the basis of NEET UG whereas for Diploma and PG Diploma on the basis of Merit. And, eligibility for MD and MS courses is MBBS passed from a recognized institute and admission is done on the basis of NEET PG score of the candidate. The applicants are required to visit the campus for the application process.
