The placement and training (PAT) office at JEC Thrissur trains candidates and provides them with employment opportunities. It provides classes for skill-based training and soft skills like communication skills, group discussions, debate sessions, resume preparation, and mock interviews. Jyothi Engineering College not only provides job offers and training but also supports entrepreneurial ventures of students. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (IEDC) approves and promotes promising student concepts to the Startup Centre. Under the guidance of the Career Development Cell (CDC), the JEC placement and training cell also provides career counselling to students.
