KE Society's Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Sangli offers admission to diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. The courses offered for RIT Sangli admissions are diploma, B.Tech, B.B.A, M.Tech, M.B.A and Ph.D. The RIT Sangli admission to diploma programmes is done through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) on the basis of merit of the qualifying exam. RIT Sangli Admissions- Diploma

Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Sangli offers four diploma programmes. The course duration of diploma programme is 3 years. To be eligible for diploma admission, candidates should obtain an aggregate of 35% from a recognised board.

RIT Sangli Admission Procedure- Diploma

• Candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria for diploma admission.

• Candidates have to submit Maharashtra polytechnic application form.

• Then, the cutoff list for the diploma programme is released and candidates have to meet the required cutoff for RIT Sangli diploma admission. 

• A merit list is prepared and candidates whose names appear in the merit list have to participate in Maharashtra Polytechnic Counselling - Centralised Admission Process (CAP).

The Rajarambapu Institute of Technology courses at the UG level include B.B.A and B.Tech courses in eight specialisations. The course duration of B.B.A is 3 years and B.Tech is 4 years. The required eligibility criteria for RIT Sangli B.Tech admission is that the candidates must have secured an aggregate of 50% marks in 10+2 from a recognised board.

RIT Sangli Admission Procedure- B.B.A

• For RIT Sangli B.B.A admission, candidates are required to meet the required eligibility criteria.

• Candidates have to apply and appear for MHT CET or JEE Main.

• Further, eligible candidates have to register for the Centralised Admission Process.

RIT Sangli Admissions- PG

RIT Sangli offers ten postgraduate programmes. The institute offers M.B.A and M.Tech programmes in nine specialisations. The course duration of M.B.A and M.Tech is 2 years. The eligibility criteria for M.Tech is that the candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering and Technology with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognised university.

RIT Sangli Admission Procedure- M.B.A

• Candidates have to appear for MAH CET/ CAT/ CMAT and secure a valid score.

• The RIT Sangli M.B.A admission is done through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). 

• Then, the result is declared and candidates have to meet the cutoff.

• A merit list is prepared on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance exam.

• Further, candidates have to participate in the CAP counselling.

• Selected candidates are then called for documents verification and fee payment.

RIT Sangli Admission Procedure- M.Tech

• Candidates have to apply and appear for the entrance exam- Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or Graduates Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT). 

• Candidates have to submit Maharashtra M.Tech application form and register for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra.

RIT Sangli Admissions- Ph.D

Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Sangli offers three doctoral programmes. The Ph.D programmes offered by the institute are Ph.D Civil Engineering, Ph.D Electronics Engineering and Ph.D Mechanical Engineering. The course duration of Ph.D is 6 years. To be eligible for Ph.D admission, candidates must have passed a master’s degree with an aggregate of 55% marks from a recognised university.

RIT Sangli Admission Procedure- Ph.D

• Candidates have to first meet the eligibility criteria for Ph.D admission.

• Then, eligible candidates have to appear for a Common Entrance Test conducted by Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

• Then, candidates who qualified the Common Entrance Test are called for the interview or viva-voce conducted by Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

• Employed candidates have to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC). 

• For the selection of a candidate, a weightage of 70% to the entrance test and 30% to the performance in interview/viva-voce is given.

• Further, a general merit list is prepared by the university, on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the entrance test and the interview/viva-voce.
