KIIT School of Management (KSOM), Bhubaneswar provides admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. In order to apply for KIIT School of Management admission, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria determined by the institute. KSOM Bhubaneswar admission to B.B.A course is done based on candidates' performance in the Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT). As per the KSOM admission process, the final selection for B.B.A course is given on the basis of performance in a personal interview and entrance exam.
The college conducts the national-level entrance examination KIITEE Management for admission to M.B.A. courses. CAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT/XAT scores are also accepted for admission to M.B.A. programmes. Along with this, KSOM also offers a Super M.B.A programme. KIIT School of Management admission to the Ph.D courses will be done on the basis of the candidates' score in UGC-NET/KIITEE followed by a personal interview. Shortlisted students have to appear for the Group Discussion (GD) followed by a Personal Interview (PI) conducted by the KIIT School of Management, Bhubaneswar.
Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of the candidates' performance in the entrance examination, qualifying examination, GD and PI.

The college offers two doctoral programmes. The two Ph.D courses offered by the college are Ph.D Management and Ph.D Management Part Time. The duration of both the courses is 6 years.
