• Candidates have to apply online on the official website of Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi and submit an application form along with all required documents for Ph.D admission.

• Candidates should appear in the Visvesvaraya Technological University Eligibility Test (VTU-ETR) conducted by the university.
