    KIOT Salem Admission Process

    Knowledge Institute of Technology offers admissions to the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programmes. KIOT Salem admissions are offered to the B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, M.B.A and Ph.D programmes. For admission to the B.E/B.Tech programme, candidates have to register for TNEA. The admission is based on the merit of the qualifying exam. Candidates are shortlisted for TNEA counselling on the basis of cutoff marks released after the declaration of the result of 10+2. For Knowledge Institute of Technology admission to the undergraduate programme, candidates are shortlisted on the basis of ranks, preference filled, etc. Candidates can appear for GATE or TANCET for admission to the M.E/M.Tech programme. As per the Knowledge Institute of Technology admission process, candidates whose names are on the merit list, drawn after the declaration of the result, have to appear for TANCA counselling for the seat allotment process.
