Krupanidhi School of Management placement cell in collaboration with the finishing school of KSM Bangalore provides pre-placement training to its students and builds a path for the students to become future leaders of the society. • KSM Bangalore placement cell invites reputed companies and organisations to their placement drive. 

• The companies organise a pre-placement event where they give an insight about the companies working structure, give a job description to the students and take up queries from the students of KSM Bangalore based on the company and upcoming job opportunities.

• Interested students of KSM Bangalore have to submit their CVs to the placement cell for the further placement process. 

• The organisation and the KSM placement cell mutually decide a date for the placement drive.

• Students are shortlisted on the basis of their CVs by the organisations.

• Organisations who participate in the KSM placement drive begin their selection process which includes a written test of the selected students, group discussions and personal interviews of the select students.
