LHMC is a nice college. It has all the necessary equipments and facilities. Our lecture theatres are well maintained and according to the latest technology. The best thing about the college is its auditorium.
It is a DU medical college. All the faculties are very qualified and the best. Being a second year medical student i can say that my teachers taught us really well. They used to take so much pain and efforts to make learning during the lockdown possible.
The quality of placements is the best. Almost all students are placed in the internship course. The salary for the same is around 23000 which is in my opinion a good amount. Then there are post graduation seats available.
On entering the campus one only sees a lot of buildings everywhere. They were built a very long time ago and has historical importance now. The main mata ki murti is the highlight of the campus. The living space is very clean and the mess food is very hygienic and tasty.
The professors, the PGs and the SRs are very knowledgeable here. They try to explain everything in great depth. There is a medical quiz society too to discuss information in a fun way. The seniors are also very helpful.
Placement process is pretty easy as long as one passes his/her professional examinations. This is for a duration for 1 year after which one gets a PG seat after giving an entrance exam. The stipend for the same is pretty decent.
Totally worth it
It is located in the heart of Delhi. Very accessible and rajeev chowk metro station is at walking distance. There are a lot of cool places to hang around.
It's an all girls college and the fest of the college is the highlight of being here.
All necessary equipments and infrastructure are available. The campus is not huge, but decent. State of the art auditorium, and a high patient flow hospital. The building is a heritage site and is located in the heart of Connaught Place
One of the best academically oriented colleges in the field of medicine. The professors and residents are knowledgeable and helpful, the seniors are equally supportive. Excellent library facilities. Students are also motivated.
All students need to complete a compulsory rotating internship inside the associated hospitals of SSKH, KSCH, RMLH. The stipend is decent and revised regularly. Further placements are not under the ambit of the college.
The course is practically free, even the hostel charges are negligible at Lady Hardinge Medical College. Despite this it is a foremost government institute and it is valued way ahead of the money it charges.
The location is amazing. Connectivity is not an issue. The campus consists of college, hostels and the hospitals. There are limited restrictions and it is a delight to stay on campus of Lady Hardinge Medical College.
Yes, Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi is only for girls and does not allow any other gender to take admission. It takes the students for it's flagship MBBS course through NEET examination, held once a year.
