LRIET Placement Procedure

• The placement cell of the institute invites various companies and organizations to come and conduct campus placements. 

• The companies are invited from diverse fields such as IT, Engineering, Management, etc.

• The invited companies conduct pre-placement talks to provide students with more information about the job opportunities and the work culture of the companies.

• After the pre-placement talks, shortlisted students are invited for a group discussion and personal interviews. 

• The companies evaluate the students on the basis of their performance in these activities.

• Finally, the companies make placement offers to the students based on their performance in the interviews.

• The placement cell of the institute also provides post-placement activities such as career counselling, internships, and alumni meets to ensure that the students get the best job opportunities.
