    Dear aspirant,

Your profile suggests that you are Medicine aspirant in 12 th standard and belongs to Tamil Nadu domicile.

Also, you have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.

You have mentioned Madras Medical College, Vellore but Madras Medical College is located in Chennai.

    Best of Luck!!

I am a 2nd year student . I want to change my college and start from 3rd year in MMC chennai

See the transfer of Medical Colleges can be done on the availability of the vacant seat in the college you want to opt for. I would recommend you to contact your college and get it discussed, they will guide you out regarding the procedure. The transfers are very few so the possibility of getting a seat in any other college is feeble but still you can try for it.
