Hello there,
Hope you are doing well,
Cut off trends changes every year, therefore prediction of cut off can be difficult. However looking at previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category required minimum 50th percentile to qualify for admission in MBBS in government college. Since you have not mentioned your category I consider that you belong to general category. Cut off marks will be around 550-600+ for general category candidates to get admission in MBBS colleges of Indore or in other colleges Madhya Pradesh. For OBC category candidates marks will be around 530-570+ and that for students from SC/ST category marks will be 480-500+.
You can check cut off for other college of MP from the link mentioned below,

Hello!
To get government medical college in AIQ Quota in neet ug exam. A candidate must score minimum 610+ for general category, 580+ for obc category, 480+ for sc category, 420+ for Sc category candidate .
These scores keep changing as every year cut offs are different. So you need to be updated about the cut offs for MBBS admission.
Dear student,
In the case of stipend you should contact your mentor about the details . Generally private hospitals does not pay the stipend like tmh hospitals in Jamshedpur but if you give some kind of exam or its from campus recruitment then absolutely it is paid internship.
