About Cutoff at MIT Manipal
Manipal Academy of Higher Education releases the MIT Manipal cutoff every year on the official website. Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal offers admission to the B.Tech programme on the basis of MET scores. Admission to the B.Tech programme is based on MET scores. Candidates meeting the MIT Manipal cutoff score are eligible for the further stages of the admission process. The MIT Manipal cutoff is released in rounds and it shows the minimum and maximum ranks for B.Tech admissions. The MET counselling process begins after the MET exam for admissions. Candidates with scores lower than the MIT Manipal cutoff will not be considered for admission. College infrastructure is overall about okay and the hostel facilities also good and classrooms with hygiene maintenance and computer labs with wifi facility and other electronic labs with huge range of equipment

Both CSE and EEE are entirely separate fields, as are MIT and MUJ as universities. You must decide whether you want to study CSE or EEE; it is simpler to compare CSE or EEE degrees from two different colleges. Therefore, decide between CSE and EEE.
First of all, you must realise that your branch should come before college as a top priority. After all, even though you'll be leaving the college in four years, your branch will follow you. You should therefore be sure that the branch you select is one that interests you. I would advise you to first review the EEE and CSE curricula to determine which subjects most closely match your interests.
And if you are still on the fence regarding CSE at MUJ, put those doubts to rest. It is a young institute with a strong placement history in the field, and the CSE branch at MUJ stands out from other branches.

If you want to do Btech in cs, then I suggest you go to MIT Manipal. The academics there are good. The environment there is also good, and the vibe is just unique. The colleges you mentioned above are also good, but Manipal is just the whole deal in one. I would suggest you go for it!
