MACE Kothamangalam Admission Process - M.Tech
Candidates should first meet the eligibility criteria.
Next, candidates have to appear for GATE, conducted by IIT Kharagpur.
After that, candidates have to register for the Director of Technical Education Thiruvananthapuram M.Tech admission.
A rank list is prepared and selection of the candidates is based on the GATE scores.
In case of insufficient GATE qualified candidates, the selection is made from Keralite candidates based on the aggregate scores of the qualifying examination, calculated up to the six semesters.
15% of the seats are reserved for the candidates applying through management quota. For M.Tech Computer Aided Structural Engineering Self Financed and M.Tech Production and Industrial Engineering Self Financed programmes, 50% of the seats are reserved for management quota candidates.
Selected candidates have to report to Mar Athanasius College of Engineering with their documents for verification after the release of the allotment list.
Finally, candidates have to pay the fees to confirm the admission.
MACE Kothamangalam Admission - M.C.A.
M.C.A. is a two-year full-time postgraduate programme offered by Mar Athanasius College of Engineering. Candidates should have minimum 55% marks in bachelor’s degree with Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics as the required eligibility criteria for the programme admission.

MACE Kothamangalam Admission Process - M.C.A.
First, candidates have to meet Mar Athanasius College of Engineering eligibility criteria.
Second, candidates have to register for the Directorate of Technical Education, Kerala M.C.A. admission.
Third, candidates have to appear for an entrance test, conducted by the Director, LBS Centre for Science and Technology.
Fourth, after the declaration of the result, a rank list is released.
Fifth, candidates whose names are on the rank list have to appear for online Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) and give preference to MACE Kothamangalam.
Sixth, seats are allotted to the candidates based on the ranks of the candidates, availability of seats and preferences filled.
Seventh, after the seat allotment, candidates have to appear for a personal interview at the college.
85% seats are filled through the state level entrance test and the remaining 15% seats are reserved for the candidates applying through management quota.
Finally, to confirm MACE Kothamangalam admission, candidates have to submit the documents and pay the fees.

College Infrastructure
It is a govt. aided engineering college and is one of the oldest college in Kerala. The Infrastructure is good .But in some workshops machineries are old kind. But the Electronics and computer science department have the latest ones. Living places are clean and college canteen is hygienic. Free wifi facilities are available for the students in the campus. Smart board facilities are also available.

Does Mace have uniform?
Yes, students should adhere to the dress code prescribed by the Institution. Boys should wear pants and shirts; girls should wear a churidar set or pants and shirt. The appearance should be neat and decent. Low waist trousers, short tops, tight dresses, round neck and literature T-shirts, dhotis etc. are not permitted. In workshops and labs, the prescribed uniform is compulsory.

MACE Kothamangalam was established in 1961 by Mar Athanasius College Association, aided by the Government of Kerala. The campus of the college spreads over an area of 66 acres of land. Mar Athanasius College of Engineering is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The college was first affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University and is now affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
Is ece placement at MACE good ?
Hi,
MACE provides excellent placements in almost all the courses,ECE being one of them. They don't provide internships, the students themselves have to find them. But when it comes to placements,the highest salary package offered here is 10 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA.
