Masters’ Union is a private institute. It offers a 16-month postgraduate programme in Technology and Business Management (PGT-TBM). The aim of the Masters’ Union Gurugram is to offer industry-immersive business education through its courses. Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the college are eligible for admission to the PGT-TBM programme. The eligible candidates need to sit for the Masters’ Union - Business Aptitude and Admissions Test (MU-BAAT) conducted by the institute. The college has various clubs and committees which organise cultural events on the campus. Masters’ Union also offers various scholarships to its students.

Masters’ Union facilities consist of a library, canteen, modern classrooms, separate hostels for boys and girls, labs etc. The institute library is well stocked with an ample number of books. Graduates or students in the final year in an undergraduate programme are eligible to apply.
Masters' Union admissions are offered at the postgraduate level. The institute offers admission to PGP-TBM course. To enrol in the PGT-TBM programme candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and appear for the Masters’ Union - Business Aptitude and Admissions Test (MU-BAAT). Candidates can also take GRE/GMAT/CAT/NMAT entrance examination. Marks obtained in GRE/GMAT/CAT/NMAT will add to applicants candidature, however, these scores are not compulsory for admissions. In order to carry out Masters' Union placements smoothly, the institute has established a Careers Services Department. Masters’ Union Gurugram placement cell ensures that students are being well-prepared for the final rounds of the recruitment process. Masters' Union placement cell conducts placements on the campus and invites companies to hire students. Furthermore, the placement cell prepares students for the final interview by conducting training sessions, workshops, and panel discussions.
Masters’ Union admission is offered only at postgraduate level for the PGT-TBM programme. To take admission in the PGT-TBM course candidates must appear for MU-BAAT entrance examination conducted by the institute. Candidates can also appear in GRE/GMAT/CAT/NMAT entrance examinations. However, it is not mandatory, but preference will be given to students who appeared in GRE/GMAT/CAT/NMAT entrance examination in Masters’ Union admission. The final selection of the candidates will be based on the academic performance, entrance exam score and performance in the personal interview.
