MAIDS New Delhi: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi was established in 1983. The college offers 10 courses in the streams of Medicine and Allied sciences. The MAIDS courses include B.D.S. and M.D.S. The MAIDS New Delhi admissions are done based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination (NEET UG/NEET MDS). The MAIDS New Delhi offers placement opportunities to students.

MAIDS Courses 

The college offers a total of 10 courses in full-time mode. The courses are offered in the branches of Oral Surgery, Dentistry, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Periodontics and many more. The MAIDS UG Course includes B.D.S and PG Course includes M.D.S. The duration of courses lasts from 3 years to 5 years.

MAIDS New Delhi Admissions 

The college offers admissions based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination. NEET-UG is the exam required for MAIDS New Delhi UG selection process. NEET MDS is the examination required for the MAIDS New Delhi PG admissions. Then the candidate must attend counselling by the Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). 

MAIDS New Delhi Cutoff 

In order to get admission in MAIDS New Delhi the candidate must meet the cutoff released by the college. The candidate must meet MAIDS New Delhi NEET Cutoff for UG admissions.  The candidate must meet MAIDS New Delhi NEET M.D.S. Cutoff for PG admissions. If the candidate meets the cutoff then he/she can apply for the counselling process.

MAIDS New Delhi Placement 

The college offers placement opportunities to students. According to National Institutional Ranking Framework 2022, 12 UG students were placed and 15 PG students were placed. The MAIDS New Delhi offers one year of rotating internships to the B.D.S. final year students.
