You can participate in the REAP procedure using your Jee Main score. Your chances of receiving core branches are considerable if your score is higher than 140. If your general category score is between 100 and 120, you may have a chance to work in unconventional fields like P&I and others. Yes there are fair chances for you to get in this college but there are more chances to get ECE branch rather than cse branch so i would suggest you to choose accordingly.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

It is quite hard to predict your percentile based on marks as it heavily varies depending on your exam slot, students who write with you, difficulty level of the question paper etc.  So, based on previous year cut-offs you will get about 75 percentile in JEE mains. Again, based on previous year statistics a percentile of around 85-90 will help you get CSE if you are from general category. If you are from SC/ST category then a percentile of 80+ should help. Lookin at all these data , it is slightly hard for you to get admission into CSE for MBM, but you have a chance of getting other branches like Civil.
