MCKV Institute of Engineering offers admission to the undergraduate and postgraduate courses in full time mode only. MCKVIE B.Tech admission is based on the marks obtained in WBJEE or JEE Main examination. Following that, shortlisted candidates have to register for the WBJEE counselling process. MCKVIE B.Voc admission is offered based on the performance in the qualifying examination. Admission to MCKV Institute of Engineering M.Tech courses, candidates have to appear for GATE or WB PGET examination and obtain valid scores. MCKV Institute of Engineering admission to the M.B.A and M.C.A programmes is based on the students' performance in the entrance examination, followed by a counselling process.

MCKVIE UG Admissions

At the undergraduate level, the institute offers a total of 12 courses. The MCKVIE UG courses are B.Tech and B.Voc. B.Tech courses last four years, while the duration of B.Voc courses is 3 years.

• The marks obtained in the qualifying examination are used to shortlist candidates.

• Once selected, candidates must visit the campus.

MCKVIE PG Admissions

At postgraduate levels, the institute offers a total of 3 postgraduate programmes in full-time mode. MCKVIE PG programmes are offered in Management and Business Administration, Computer Application and Engineering streams. The duration of PG programmes ranges from 2 to 3 years.

• Aspiring candidates must fulfill the MCKVIE eligibility criteria.

MCKVIE M.B.A Admission Procedure

• Aspirants fulfilling the eligibility criteria have to appear and obtain valid scores in CAT/GMAT/XAT/MAT/JEMAT.

• Next, candidates must fill the online application form. 

• Candidates are shortlisted for the personal interview.

• Shortlisted candidates must appear for PI.

• Acceptance for admission is based on the candidate's demographic profile, academic profile, work experience, CAT/GMAT/XAT/MAT/JEMAT score, and a personal interview.

• Once assigned a seat, candidates must get their documents verified and pay the MCKVIE course fees.

MCKVIE M.C.A Admission Process

• Students must meet the MCKVIE eligibility criteria. 

• Eligible candidates have to appear and qualify the West Bengal Joint Examination for Masters in Computer Applications (WB JECA).

• Following that, students have to participate in WB JECA counselling and choose MCKVIE as their preferred institute.

• To complete the admission process, submit the documents and pay the fees.
