The college offers admission to B.E. and M.E. courses. Candidates aspiring to take admission in B.E. at Modern Education Society’s College of Engineering, Pune are required to appear for MHT CET/JEE Main followed by counselling and seat allotment process. MESCOE Pune admission process is carried out as per guidelines of the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.
