However if you look at the rankings of these colleges, MS Ramaiah Medical College is on 8th Rank whereas KS Hegde Medical college is on 26th rank. Hello Aspirant,
No you cannot get MBBS seat in any college without giving NEET UG because NEET UG is compulsory entrance exam and without it you cannot get admission to MBBS seat.
Once you will have a valid NEET UG score and if you qualify it then you will be eligible for admission to MBBS seat but merely qualifying NEET UG does not ensure the allotment because in counselling the seats are allotted on the basis of marks scored by candidates in NEET UG.
