The college provides good facilities like the classroom has good AC, the laboratories are well equipped with tools required by all branches. The canteen has very affordable and good quality food. Lack of sport center.
The curriculum overall is very informative and will help the student to apply the concepts in real world. The teachers are well versed with the subject, they teach and help the student as much as possible.
The college is generous with the placement offers and brings well known companies like KPMG, Motilal Oswal, etc. The placement process is made as simple as it can be so that the student doesn't stress out.
Overall from my experience till now my course is very informative and practical based. But around 3.75 lakhs per year is a bit too much for a middle class family. Since this is a specialization course I hope that it is worth it eventually.
The campus life is not so great as it is near cooper hospital and every 5 minutes we can hear an ambulance that causes disturbance. There is construction going on every where near the college that doesn't help in concentrating. We barely have any campus or space where we can sit for a while except the canteen.
The college has 8 floors and 2 basements. This includes several spacious air-conditioned classrooms, several computers, electrical labs, and mechanical instruments, There is a decent canteen. There is no ground, so a lack of space for extracurricular activities.
I am studying Data Science, a new and emerging field. The quality of teaching is good overall, the teachers are supportive and cooperative. The curriculum is up to date and includes several languages and software usage.
The highest package has been around Rs.22 lakhs. The placement is quite average. There are multiple companies for recruitment, but not many are well known. The average salary is Rs.8.2 lakhs. The college is supportive.
The fee is more than 3.5 lakhs per annum. For a four-year-long program, this is not the best price. But knowing the value of my specialization field, I hope that the degree will be worth it eventually.
The college is certainly happening. There are several colleges around. The best part is surely the fests and the multiple college committees that include all kinds of fields from finance to sports. The worst part is the commute, the traffic is terrible. There is continuous construction around the area.
WorldClass Infrastructure, latest lab equipment in collaboration with Bosch and many other great facilities. Library is sufficient. Seamless wifi connectivity through the campus, enough space in the canopy area to organise special events with a dozen of sponsors. Outstanding facilities!
Studying mechanical Engg but was intrigued by the workshop organised by Google on our campus hence moved to AI and ML. The college has world-class connections in the industry since you pay a bit high, you get to sit with the upper class which has a ton lot of connections unlocking opportunities for you all. Many will start their startups get to work with them similarly other people have high industry connections. Joining for a dual degree course its the right place for you. Latest syllabus.
Depends on your calibre, the college will bring in companies with wonderful backgrounds and packages, average ones, with regards to MBA currently due to the market boom, offers are high for specifically 2021 batch. IT and CS. For core, it's average cause India isn't a manufacturing-based economy
4LPA for MBA + BTech, the number is rising to 4.5/4.75LPA. It's worth it cause you doing MBA while developing soft skills, when you talk with your friends from other colleges you will feel the difference.
The campus is Awesome, it's safe, the hospital nearby, wonderful things all around. You're gonna enjoy college life in offline mode and a ton of committees to join in with other ton of fun and professional activities.
Do MBA and BTech just BTech is fine but MBA adds the spark to it.
Well-maintained with lots of sports activities like gym, swimming, tennis etc. Fast WIFI and connectivity throughout the campus. The library is especially commendable with charging ports everywhere for phones and laptop.
I am in CS and we are taught Relevant subjects. All the courses updated every other to keep them relevant to the industry needs and standards. Our electives are also so good that it takes a lot of time to decide which one you like better.
Good Placements with a high placement rate. Almost 90 % students are placed. The placement cell is very efficient and useful. IBM , Accenture , Infosys etc usually come to hire students. Average CTC is around 6.0 LPA to 7.0 LPA.
Hostel Fee is very reasonable as well as the tuition fee.
Amazing Campus life. Every other week there is either a fest going on or prep for it.
One of the best especially among private colleges.
The Infrastructure in terms of classrooms, the labs and library is good. They are all modern, air-conditioned and well-equipped. There are common rooms for boys and girls each where students can hang out. A few indoor events are conducted here. The library has its own computers and internet access, although free wifi is available all over campus. The Mechanical workshop is also big and well equipped That said, there is a distinct lack of space for students to hang out during non-class hours
Technically, the college has an ABET certification, however, more attention is given to attendance percentage and assignment submissions than actual academics. Professors care more about the former than the latter. There are certain exceptions though. Lab work is pretty decent, not too much not too less. The examination pattern is about two internal assessments and an end term examination along with lab examinations.
Since I am in my second year, I do not have much knowledge in terms of placements. However, from what I've heard, the high-paying placements happen off-campus. Campus interviews don't attract enough companies in most fields. There is also a weird campus placement eligibility policy that needs to be changed
If your end goal is to do an MBA after engineering and you don’t want to get into a core-engineering job, MBA Tech makes sense because it is cost-effective. You will be studying for b.tech and MBA but the cost for both done separately is much more than MBA Tech.
Multiple fests and events happen in a year. Great canteen and multiple options available around the college. In terms of campus, there's only one building with a little bit of lawn so staircases are your best friend
The people are what make the college what it is. Everyone is there to have fun and basically grow more in personality
The main NMIMS building is like a mall, so pretty and beautiful. The mess is the best hygienic and delicious food. All facilities like WiFi, smart board available. No Playgrounds though. It’s locate in prime location so no campus as such just a building.
Attendance the most important for this college, more than studies. The college focuses more on theoretical knowledge whereas they should focus on practical know. The curriculum is a little old and definitely needs to be updated.
The placement is okayish not as good as they claim to be. I fell the college can put more efforts in terms of the placement considering the high amount of fees that they charge from the students. Packages are very low.
The college has 5 star infrastructure. Entire building is centralized Air Conditioned with state of the art infrastructure. College building is filled with modern amenities across classrooms , labs and conference rooms.
Although the curriculum structure is good but the academic is not that strong. Faculties are not up to the mark . No proper practical knowledge is provided to the student which is an essential component for engineering studies.
The placements are decent. Majority of the batch gets placed in mass recruiter companies. There are very less niche profiles. No platinum companies come to college. Packages provided are very average.
There is no value for money. Why would anyone pay huge amount of money approximately 12 lakhs to get an engineering degree with a normal profile placement paying as less as 5 lakhs on average. Return on investment is very poor.
The crowd of this college don't ask. People who have a lot of money come here and get a degree and go for MS reason being that have money. Anyways campus life is good for people who have money. Go get a life.
This college is recommended for people who have money.
The college has spacious rooms enough for 60-100 students to be seated comfortably. The classrooms are equipped with air conditioners, smart boards and wifi. This college has a spacious and clean canteen facility along with a basketball court. It also has the necessary lab rooms with all the latest devices and equipments.
I was interested in Electronics and Telecommunication and hence took up that course. The course includes a mix of all the subjects which is required to in the field, once the student has graduated. The faculty is highly experienced.
This college had a placement cell/committee which makes sure that each and every student gets placed. They provide with the necessary training and mock interview sessions which makes the student interview ready. The average salary offered was 4L/annum for electronics and telecommunication department.
The course costed 2.5L per year. The money is worth it since our infrastructure has been comparatively new. The labs have the latest technology which the students can discover and be market ready. The faculty is super helpful. All this combined, the money is worth it!
Campus life has been interesting since there are a lot of opportunities to bag. From MUN groups to creatives! One can either be in the student council or even join a tech committee which gives you an opportunity to go to NASA and represent your own college
Its been a great experience in this college since it has been adding new courses and bringing new opportunities for students in terms of courses or creatives. This college can also get you placed in Singapore or Japan!
The college has a state of the art infrastructure and facilities. The college building has a total centralized AC system. Every infrastructure is perfect and ultra modern, be it in classrooms, canteen, labs, everything. I had the best 4 years of my life in MPSTME.
The curriculum is at par with all recent developments. It is regularly modified. We have a very good teaching fraternity. All faculties and teaching staff are very experienced and always ready to help us in learning new things.
Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering is known for achieving 100 percent placements every year. There are a lot of mass recruiters who come to the college for placements. There are also a couple of niche recruiters who visit the college.
Average per year fees was around 2.5 lacks INR for merit based students. For Management quota studets it was a little higher. Though the fee structure would seem a little higher at the first go, however considering the infrastructure, faculties and placements, it does justify the cost.
Though the campus is not very huge, but the college building is beautiful with all ultra modern facilities. The student crowd is very elite and you can expect to make friends for life here. The college is located in the prime area of Mumbai, having immediate access to all possible needs.
There is no proper infrastructure there is only one building in which all the courses are studied . We don't have enough facilities but yes there is centralized AC and smart boards in classrooms that works very good. Library is not average and wifi is always not working properly , canteen is expensive but quality is okay and college is clean
There is 80 percent attendence compulsory and also teachers are okay not very good but okay they teach exact relevant to the course. They dont provide as study material but enchorages for writing research papers. Apart from this no other lab facilities are provided.
Placement is not very good but 4 to 5 lakhs per annum can easily be achieved is one have a decent 3 gpa overall in this college. Apart from this they have a very good committee structure which helps to develop interviewing skills
No this college is not value for money it is cery expensive and for every excuse they have only one thing it is mumbai.they don't have proper lab facilities and even don't have great structure for them . The faculty is okay not very top notch as compared to fees
Campus life is shit and support staff is not good . It is in the main prime location in mumbai vile parle and that area is way too expensive.Apart from that hostel is unimaginable expensive they charge 4 lacks for room with ac with no mess and other facilities like cleaning and toiletries.
It is for thoose people who wanted to enjoy city life rather than college life education is decent if one study.if one don't stay in hostel rest of that everything is very great and one will enjoy more outside college rather than inside the collge because location of the college is good
Hi,
NPAT (NMIMS Programs After Twelfth) is the official entrance test for admissions to Undergraduate Degree and Integrated Degree Programs .
The pattern is not that difficult if you prepare for it genuinely.
The pattern for BBA entrance is almost common for all BBA exams and there is not much difference.
You can go through the exam pattern below for NPAT:

you can take the help of professional coaching incase you find it difficult to prepare it by self.
Good Luck!
