NIFFT Ranchi Facilities
National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology (NIFFT), Ranchi provides several infrastructural facilities to the students, staff and faculty members. Infrastructural facilities are crucial for all educational course degrees and especially for science and engineering or technological course studies since they require more practical experience and understanding. National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology, Ranchi facilities include a central library for its students, where they can get the maximum knowledge from scholars around the world. The institute also provides infrastructure facilities to each department as per their requirement. The list of NIFFT Ranchi facilities offered are given below in detail.
- Boys Hostel
Residential facilities are provided to students in four boys’ hostels. All the necessary facilities are available for the boys students.
- Girls Hostel
Separate hostel facilities are available for the girls' students. Recreational facilities are also available for all the hostel students.
- Medical/Hospital
Health facilities are provided to students and staff as a doctor, and two paramedical staff with an adequate facility are available on the campus in case of any medical emergencies. Basic life-saving equipment is also provided by the institute. An ambulance is also provided in case of sudden emergencies on the campus.
- Gym
The college has Gym facility for the students.
- Library
The Library marked its existence in 1966. Since then, it has grown in size and content along with National Institute of Foundry & Forge Technology to take the present shape. All these years, it has been the lifeline for the academic activity of the Institute. It has more than 50,143 reading Materials (Books, Bound Volume of Journals, Standards, Transparencies, Slides, Videocassettes, Microfilms and LRsetc).
- I.T Infrastructure
The Centralised Computer Centre's main concern is to boost and add the IT Infrastructure Development, maintenance, and growth of employees and students in NIFFT. The Centre provides WIFI Network to its campus, advanced computing facility, and campus-wide software, where students can carry out computing and practical works and enhance their computing skills.

College Infrastructure
Yes my college has very good infrastructure. It has enough hostels messes and lecture halls. We also have proper labs and workshops which has all the equipment in good condition. Our hotels have wifi connection which run day and night. Our classrooms have projectors and smart boards.
Good way of inculcating skills, knowledge with adventure.

College Infrastructure
College Infrastructure is Well and good. The place is cool and awesome to study, practice, and inculcate skills for our career with the availability of time along with studies. The college has all the facilities like maintained laboratories along with new equipment. Teachers are quite decent here with good knowledge in their respective fields or domains. The lecture hall has classrooms with projectors and, well space for studying. Living spaces are clean and well-maintained.
