    Very good college for BHMS

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is basic. Equipments are also not so modern. There is a mess here and I usually have my lunch from the mess. The food prepared here is hygienic as it is a medical college and there are budding doctors or doctors who come to eat food from here. The Hostel for UG students is within the college campus.

    Academics

I am pursuing my MD, but I know many doctors who did their UG from here. Doctors from him NIH have good theoretical knowledge. This must be because of the high-quality of teaching provided here. But when you do PG, you need to make a balance between work And Studies.

    Placements

No placements are provided from the college as it is a government medical College & same happens at every government medical College. But as a JR during your MD, you are paid an amount monthly as stipend.

    Value for Money

I only pay a small fee here. Rest of the money government pays me as stipend. So definitely I’m getting my money is worth. And I hope this service I’m providing is also making the government feel that this stipend they pay me is worth.

    Campus Life

I expected the better campus life than my UG College. But I think a medical College campus like that in Kabir Singh exist only in movies. I have some of my UG friends and seniors here as my batch mates and seniors doing MD. So having come to a new place I don’t feel much away from home.

    College Infrastructure

Building is well built, OPD and IPD area for both patient and doctor comfort. Library has literally every book related to homeopathy, you name it, you see it. There is no WifI Facility and no smart boards.

    Academics

NIH is the top ranked Homeopathic institute in India, with such knowledgeable faculty, giving you a detailed and amazing experience on each subject. Faculty for all the subjects be it anatomy, physiology, Materia medica or organon is so experienced in their field.

    Placements

For a post graduation or Medical officer post, you have to clear NEET exams. Teachers are helpful they, will guide you for the same, how to prepare, what all topics to be covered or you can even attend coaching classes for NEET PG.
