The library also has an excellent collection of video Tapes on different aspects of the management and hospitality industry. The library has multi-media resources to enable students to view these videos and learn the best practices from them. Constant replenishment is done on these resources on a regular basis. Transport facility is provided to students, faculties, and staff residing in the Bhubaneswar region. the institute has its own fleet of buses which not only take care of daily transport but also are used for students’ outings like NSS Programmes, entertainment, study tours, and industrial visits, etc.

Two separate hostels for boys with a well-equipped mess create a very healthy ambiance for ‘mess table’ interactions of the students and facilitate group interaction beyond classroom learning. But the hostel facility is not available to all students due to limited capacity. Rented premises are being used for both girls and boys' hostels at Bhubaneswar.
