What makes Pondicherry Engineering College to stand in place of nirf ranking with NITS????

sagar tatipamula 30th Jul, 2019
Dear student ,
Nirf ranking is totally based on
Facilities they provide
Last but not least
Fees structure.

Pondicherry college of engineering has Low fees structure than NITs and the placement that you get is exactly same as NIT.

But it's all the matter of Return on Investment.

I got Matrusri Engineering College (MECS) hyderabad CSE and also Pondicherry Engineering College in Jee mains ECE.Which is better to join???

shivangi yadav 29th Jul, 2019

Major factor which should be kept in mind to join any course  in any of the college is placement.average salary would be 2 lakh per annum .highest would be around 3.05 or 4 lakh per annum. since you got ECE you can expect companies with 5-8 LPA. so i would suggest to go for Pondicherry Engineering College .

Is GATE or CAT coaching given in Pondicherry Engineering College? ??

satyam saran 29th Jul, 2019

No, such coaching classes do not exist inside the college. General engineering curriculum is only followed. You need to prepare on your own for various exams like GATE or CAT. You can also join classes in the city if you require. Its better to prepare with other students as it develops a competition environment.

Pondicherry engineering college ECE or CSE. Which is better? ??

Anuj Pawar Student Expert 29th Jul, 2019

Hi there

In terms of placements, CSE is slightly more better than ECE due to more number of placements. But if you are interested in ECE branch, you must go for it.

There is a gradual increase in placements within the college. They have a training and placement centre where students are nurtured to face any condition. Irrespective of the department there exists a wide exposure with companies. Some of the companies that visited the college recently were Amazon, HCL, Infosys, Zoho, Cognizant, Tech Mahendra, Bosch, sap, Wipro, Flipkart, Broadcom, TCS, MRF and TVS.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Sourav Chaini Student Expert 29th Jul, 2019
Hi bro ,
According to me if you are very confident to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like iits next year after preparing for jee the you should take drop for sure . Because if you get admission in any iit then the year of hardwork will pay you back.

Hope it helps!!!
