The PRASAD Institute of Medical Science and Hospital, located very close to the campus has a dedicated medical faculty. It not only provides the basic facilities like first-aid but is also fully equipped to deal with the needs of the patients. The Hospital has well-qualified doctors, nurses, and other staff.

A library is the soul of an academic institution. In these four years, the library has grown steadily and uncompromisingly in the means of its resources, facilities, and services. Today, the Central Library of Prasad Polytechnic, Lucknow is centrally air-conditioned, modern & digitalized library having RFID system automation software with International Collection of over 22,505 books under 3000 titles and spread over an area of 200 sq.m. In addition, it subscribes to more than 150 journals, technical magazines, and newspapers. A good collection of Video- Audio CDs, Slides, project reports provide online updated information about various fields through the Internet. It is designed in a way that facilitates spacious and comfortable seating and provides round the clock facilities. The library operates on an open access system. The students have free in- hand facilities for books and journals through the use of computerized catalog. The Journal Section, apart from general science magazines, subscribes to around 90 national and international engineering, technical and scientific journals, conference proceedings, and transactions published by reputed institutions like the IEEE, IETE, ISTE, etc. The Audio-Video Section, equipped with the latest in trend audio-video systems, with information and full course lecture VCDs of eminent professors from IITs, is striving for the unlimited ambit of frontier vision in education technology. The infrastructure boasts of over 8 Volleyball Courts, 4 Basketball Courts. Apart from this, there are 6 shuttle badminton courts and a volleyball court for women. Courts for Kabbadi and Kho-kho are also provided.

Technology has qualitatively enhanced lives making it crisp and brisk. And computers are the most visible benefits of technology. They can improve any aspect of life Windows NT and Linux platforms substantially. College Computer Center, thus, has a very important role in the lives of our students, faculty members, and academic staff. In addition to the computing resourcefulness offered by computers, in today's times, computers also connect us to the outside world. Computers open doors to a vast virtual space full of extensive information on almost every subject. Hence, the College Computer Center is equipped with fast computers and a fast Internet connection, using the latest software. The college has, in all, four laboratories that come under the umbrella of our Computer Center, and these contain a total of over 160 dual-core workstations that are networked using the Windows NT and Linux platforms. In addition, the Internet enables our students and faculty members to keep in touch with the latest trends in academic and the corporate world. College Placement Cell uses it for networking with potential employers and guest lecturers for our students. Further, College students acquire presentation skills through the constant use of computers. This ensures that they prepare their projects well and get due recognition as professionals.

Besides central Mess facilities, the college has the spacious and well-maintained canteen, providing the students with the choicest of hygienic and delicious Indian dishes. The PPL cafeteria is a favorite haunt for our students and faculty members.

Air-conditioned seminar halls with a minimum of 150 seating capacity each are available on the campus. They are well equipped with audio and visual systems. Events such as small meetings and intra department level seminars/symposia, etc are organized here. The institute has the proud distinction of maintaining of fully equipped seminar hall with modern audio-visual aids. Besides hosting the monthly student assemblies addressed by the Director in order to interact with the students, the seminar hall also hosts various academic activities, extension lectures, educational and training programs for the students and faculty.
