Principal KM Kundnani College of Pharmacy (PKMKCP), Mumbai was established in 1971, by Hyderabad Sindh National Collegiate Board (HSNCB). The HSNC board was founded in 1948, by the Sindhi Minority community. The visionary founder fathers of the management were the Late Shri.H.G.Advani, the former president of the Board, and the late Prin. KM.Kundnani, the former Secretary of the Board. At present HSNC board has 13 colleges, 2 Institutes of Management Studies, 2 polytechnics, and 6 high schools under its aegis. PKMKCP Mumbai pharmacy courses are offered at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. PKMKCP NIRF Ranking is 91 for the year 2023.
The PKMKCP is a government-aided college approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is also affiliated to the University of Mumbai. Admission to the College is based on merit. PKMKCP Mumbai Facilities include- Sports facilities, a seminar room, a canteen, laboratories, an animal house, and much more. PKMKCP Placement Cell builds relationships with reputed companies to facilitate a smooth placement drive. Cipla, Glenmark, Astra Zeneca, TCS, and Zydus are a few top recruiters at PKMKCP Mumbai.

Well if are applying for an under graduate course in any sort of college across the country, you have to fulfill the required eligible criteria of that particular college.
The major criteria are like:
1- To pass 12th board with minimum qualifying marks
2- Students must have certain mandatory subjects in 12th boards like PCM for Engineering and PCM for Medical
3- Students have to appear college entrance exam which is conducted by the authority
Hence, you cannot get admission to any institute without having a score of that particular entrance exam until and unless you are taking admission through management quota.
Some of the entrance test are like:
1- JEE mains for admission in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs
2- JEE advance for IITs.
3- State CET for government colleges in respective state etc.

Fees structure varies from College to College. You have not mentioned the College name, so I'm generalizing it and providing information.
Admission is based on entrance exam or merit obtained in qualifying exam.
You must have passed Diploma in Pharmacy with aggregate of minimum 55 to 60 percentage from a recognised College or University.
Average fees for B. Pharmacy course is Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum for Pharm D students.
